We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 10th ranked DutchZZ Leiden (13-13) was outleveled on the road by eleventh ranked Belgian Leuven Bears (14-13) 98-63 on Saturday. Leuven made 22-of-26 free shots (84.6 percent) during the game. Leuven had a 29-18 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. American guard Noah Freidel (193-2000, college: JMU) nailed 27 points (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) for the winning side and point guard Steff Schauvlieger (185-2002) accounted for 11 points and 6 assists. American forward Brad Greene (210-1998, college: UC Irvine) came up with 15 points and forward Lucas Kruithof (199-2000) added 8 points and 8 rebounds respectively for ZZ Leiden in the defeat.
